What is Dynamic Meditation?

How Does It Work?

Dynamic Meditation typically unfolds in five stages:

Physical Movement: Movements like shaking or dancing to free the body and mind from rigidity.
Vocal Release: Expressing emotions vocally, such as shouting or laughing, to let go of suppressed feelings.
