    • After intense activity, practitioners freeze in place and remain completely still, witnessing whatever arises within. This moment of silence allows one to observe the transformed inner state without interference.
  5. Celebratory Dance (15 minutes):
    • The final stage involves joyful movement, dancing freely with music, celebrating the release and newfound awareness. This phase helps integrate the experience, leaving participants feeling light, alive, and centered.
